Bart Crowder Wins in Runoff Election

With a margin of 133 votes, Bart Crowder wins Frisco City Council place. Both candidates conducted a professional race and Frisco is a better place for their dedication.
Bart Crowder 54.21%
Tim Nelson 45.79%
